Privacy Policy

Short version: your quiz answers and your letter stay on your own device. We don't run accounts, we don't store your answers on a server, and we don't use advertising trackers.

What we collect

• Quiz answers, letter fields and checklist ticks are saved in your browser's local storage on your device so your plan is still there when you come back. They are not sent to us. You can delete them any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• Payments (once live) are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your payment details and email under its own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of the payment, your email and the plan you bought, so we can provide refunds and Guard.
• Basic server logs (like any website: IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be kept briefly by our hosting provider for security.

What we never ask for

Your Instagram or Facebook password, login codes, or ID documents. Any ID or selfie goes only to Meta, inside Meta's own flows.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you (normally only payment records) and ask us to delete it: support@gotitback.app.

Children

GotItBack is not directed to children under 13.
