Refund Policy

Money-back promise: if your GotItBack plan doesn't help, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the $29 in full. No forms, no arguing.

How to ask

Email support@gotitback.app from the address you paid with (or include your Stripe receipt number), and tell us in a line what happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Guard subscription

You can cancel Guard any time; it won't renew. If you were charged for a month you didn't want, ask within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it.

What "help" means

We can't promise Meta will restore your account (nobody honest can). The promise is simple: if you feel the plan didn't help you, you get your money back.
